Vitamins are organic substances, which implies they contain carbon. Vitamins are impossible to replicate in a lab. Today's vitamins are either synthetic or crystalline-pure components of vitamin complexes that are sold to the general public. Removing ascorbic acid from the vitamin C complex and referring to this one element as the "true vitamin" is absurd.
Simply said, a vitamin supplement is not the entire thing. It's merely a piece. A vitamin supplement omits a lot of other nutrients, some of which may be little in terms of proportion but are nonetheless important. When we take supplements, it's similar to quoting something out of context; you might get the entire benefit, but it's more probable that what you get is skewed and doesn't represent the whole story.
