Peeling Skin: Its Causes And Signs

• Excessive sweating from wearing tight gloves or boots

Basic Measures to Prevent Peeling Skin
• If you have eczema or psoriasis, refrain from scratching the peeling skin as this may make the condition worse.
• Use scissors to cut the peeled skin rather than tugging it.
• Use an excellent moisturizing cream or lotion to soothe your skin and moisturize it.
• Hydrate yourself by drinking lots of water.
• If you're out and about, reapply sunscreen frequently.
• Pat, not rub, your skin to dry.
• Opt for gentle soaps rather than potent ones.
• Take a hot bath just for a short period of time because hot water strips the skin of its natural oils. Warm baths are more gentle and do less harm to your skin.
